Davis Specialized Carriers came into being in 1997 upon the purchase of a smaller but well
established trucking company specializing in oversized cargo. DSC realized very quickly that
in order to properly serviceits growing customer base additional vehicles and experienced
drivers would be required in Atlantic Canada and in Central Canada. Hence, dispatch offices
were set up in Truro NS (12 truck fleet) and Dundas ON (14 truck fleet).
As well, a sales office was opened in Moncton NB to service a growing NB customer base.

DSC provides specialized FTL and LTL service throughout North America. With its base of very
experienced dispatchers and drivers, customers can be sure their cargo will arrive in a safe and
timely manner, no matter what the destination.
